These delicious handmade, dried porcini pasta shells are made from flour, porcini mushrooms for the local forest of Maramureș, a little salt and free range eggs. Made from a traditional, family recipe the product is 100% natural and completely free from additives & preservatives, the pasta is dried gently at room temperature. We love them with sautéed fresh mushrooms and aged cheese.
Răstăuțe Maramureșene use as many vegetables and fruits as possible from their small countryside garden in their pasta, where they lovingly take care of them every weekend. The vegetables enjoy slow growth, no chemicals and gentle sunlight. Anything they don't find in their own garden, they source from gardens of small local producers in the area. The flour they use is carefully chosen and of high quality, specially made for pasta and produced in Romania from Romanian cereals.
