Lovage preserved in vinegar is a classic Romanian way to preserve herbs, perfect for seasoning sauces, soups and stews or even adding to salads. Simply chop it up and add it to your favourite recipes and enjoy the beautiful herbaceous earthy favour all year round.
Our personal favourite is using it to finish the traditional Romanian beef sour soup... Delicious!
