Description
The elderflowers are collected at the end of spring at the foot of the Făgăraș mountains in Brașov County. These white, fragrant bouquets are combined with fresh lemon juice, sugar & pure, spring water to make this delicious syrup that has a sweet, fresh & punchy fragrant flavour. This syrup is fab served with vanilla ice cream and summer berries or made into lemonade with sparkling spring water.
The syrup is produced in small batches and is 100% natural & free from flavourings, dyes & preservatives.
Shake well before use. Recommended dilution is 1:5.
