Freshly harvested grapes & blackcurrants are cold pressed to make juice. The fruit juice is fermented for 14 days in oak acetates to make this vinegar. This is one of the few remaining vinegar factories that produce vinegar with 100% slow, natural fermentation. A raw & unpasteurised fruit vinegar.
We love this with fresh lemon, dill, yoghurt and rapeseed oil for the ultimate dressing. Spot on served with a pan fried salmon & new potato salad.
