Description
Freshly harvested grapes & apricots are cold pressed to make juice. The fruit juice is fermented for 14 days in oak acetates to make this vinegar. This is one of the few remaining vinegar factories that produce vinegar with 100% natural fermentation. A raw & unpasteurised fruit vinegar.
We love this with fresh lemon, lavender and walnut oil for a lip smacking dressing. Perfect served with a roast chicken salad. Swap the lavender for oregano if you're not a floral fan.
