Description
A variation on an authentic, Romanian jam recipe made with only chilli peppers, red peppers, sugar, vinegar & salt. That's it! 100% natural & free from additives & preservatives. Prepared in the traditional way - in a cauldron like pan over a wood fire, by hand. This jam is boiled at a low temperature and with a minimum of sugar in order to preserve the vitamins, aroma & colour of the ingredients.
A sweet & spicy chilli jam that we love with a platter of cold meats, a good old cheddar cheese toastie or some grilled halloumi.
